1. Agreement to Terms

By accessing, browsing, or purchasing digital goods on CommaTechnologies (https://commatechs.in), you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions and our associated Privacy Policy, Cancellation & Refund Policy, and Shipping & Delivery Policy. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you must not use our website or purchase digital products.

2. Nature of Service & Digital Products

CommaTechnologies provides a digital marketplace and creative agency platform offering downloadable digital assets including website source code templates (Next.js, React, Tailwind CSS), video editing packs, motion graphics (MOGRT), LUTs (Look-Up Tables), UI design kits, and custom web development services. All products are delivered purely via electronic download and are non-tangible goods.

3. Digital Product License & Intellectual Property

When you purchase a digital asset on CommaTechnologies, you are granted a non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the item as specified below:

• Permitted Use: You may use the digital asset in your personal or commercial end-projects (e.g. websites, client videos, personal films, mobile applications).
• Strict Prohibition on Resale / Redistribution: You may NOT sub-license, resell, redistribute, give away for free, bundle, share, or make available the raw source files, templates, presets, or LUTs in any standalone format or as part of a competing digital asset library.
• Ownership: Title, copyright, and all intellectual property rights in the digital assets remain the property of CommaTechnologies and its respective content creators/sellers.

4. Purchases, Pricing, and Payments

All prices are listed in Indian Rupees (INR) unless expressly stated otherwise. We reserve the right to modify prices or discontinue products at any time without prior notice.

Payments are processed securely through Razorpay. By placing an order, you warrant that you are authorized to use the designated payment method.

5. Delivery & Strict No-Refund Policy

Due to the immediate digital delivery and non-tangible nature of our goods (source code, templates, video presets), all sales are final and strictly non-refundable once downloaded or accessed.

6. User Accounts & Prohibited Conduct

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You agree not to:

• Attempt to reverse-engineer, decompile, or compromise the security of the marketplace platform.
• Use automated scrapers, bots, or extraction scripts to harvest data or digital files.
• Provide false, misleading, or stolen billing or payment information.

7. Disclaimer of Warranties & Limitation of Liability

All digital products, templates, and materials are provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied. CommaTechnologies does not warrant that files will meet your specific project requirements or function without interruption or software incompatibility.

In no event shall CommaTechnologies, its directors, or its affiliates be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages resulting from the use or inability to use our digital assets.

8. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any legal dispute, controversy, or claim arising out of or relating to these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts in Wardha, Maharashtra, India.
